Hello Monday. I have to say I’m overly happy this Monday as we had a fabulous concert for the Cape Cod Symphony this weekend (my new job) and now I have today off.
Of course, having the day off is in and of itself reason to be happy — but I’m even more happy that I don’t have to leave the house (well until my card class tonight). It is COLD outside and I am so not a fan of this weather. Will someone please call me when the 60-degree weather returns and brings those happy little birdies back?
Anyway, another reason to be happy today is that Sale-A-Bration starts tomorrow! What is Sale-A-Bration you ask? It is only the best promotion of the year for Stampin’ Up. Starting tomorrow and running through March 31, any time you purchase $50 worth of product you receive a free item from the Sale-A-Bration brochure. Many of the items are exclusive and only available during this 2.5 month time. Although, as they did last year, Stampin’ Up has also offered up some of the favorites from the big Idea Book and Catalog as Sale-A-Bration items, too.
The card I made for today’s showcase is relatively simple. It uses the Punch Bunch Sale-A-Bration set as the focal image.
Here is a suggested order to earn your free Punch Bunch stamp set (you could use this package to make tomorrow’s card, too!):
Scallop Trim Border punch (118402, $15.95)
Scallop Circle Punch (119854, $16.95)
Sweet & Sour Specialty Designer Series Paper (117390, $11.95)
Getting Started Collection Cardstock (120954, $6.95)
Rose Red Ink Pad (101778, $5.95)
Pumpkin Pie Marker (105115, $3.50)
Pearls (119247, $4.95)
Your total is $65.20 and you would earn the Punch Bunch stamp set free. Be sure to check back tomorrow and see another card you could make with the supplies above.
